Jennie Jieun Lee’s 2015 exhibitions include a solo exhibition at Martos Gallery (New York), which is on view until June 20th, a two person show at Halsey McKay (East Hampton) which opens June 6th, and group shows at Jonathan Viner Gallery, Lefebrve et Fils (Paris), and Anonymous Gallery (Mexico City). Lee is also included in a group show alongside Bjarne Melgaard and Spencer Sweeney at Martos Gallery (Los Angeles), which closes June 6th. Lee mounted a solo exhibition at Cooper Cole (Toronto) in 2015 and Lefebvre & Fils (Paris) in 2014. She was included in Bad Fog curated by Eddie Martinez at Martos Gallery in 2014, as well as other group exhibitions at Galleri Jacob Bjorn (Denmark), Shoot The Lobster (New York) and Fuse Gallery (New York). Jennie Jieun Lee attended the School of Museum of Fine Arts Boston, and was named a 2015 Artadia award grantee. She was born in Seoul, Korea in 1973 and currently lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.
